SUNTON  low ground pressure undercarriage chassis, fit to 18tons~22tons excavators, backhoes or dump trucks etc, mainly applied for traveling, transportation or constructions in soft terrains as marsh lands, snow fields, swamp lands, sands, salt lakes etc. 

      Product Configuration

l  SUNTON  undercarriage is composed mainly by 3 parts, 1* Central H-structure, plus 2*L/R track system. H-structure are bolted to the track frames at each side.

l  Propelling: Similar as the propelling system of conventional excavator, but the the track system of LGP undercarriage is propelled by several more sets of hydraulic travel motors, much stronger propelling power. The rubber solid wheels are idlers which can help for higher travelling speed compared to the conventional track rollers.

l  Tracks are more durable and suitable to different working conditions as soft terrains or tough lands with stones or unclear matters. Supporting with 4 big solid rubber wheels, the U-type high strength steel track cleats and thick rubber belts have high performance on wearing resistance, suitable for most terrains applications,

l  Much lower maintenance costs..Less replacement of the wearing parts: the track shoes, rubber tires and belts only. Easy to replace the parts. 

l  Easier and Simpler installation or dismantling of the undercarriage. The H-structure are connected by bolts to the box frame of the L/R track assemblies, convenient for dismantling and transportation.
