The design and size of SUNTON track chain, rollers and pins or bushes are all different from others with larger sizes. The Chain roller is made of 20CrMnTi steel, SUNTON roller size is bigger than other suppliers’ products: Φ89mm, thickness 35mm, treated by carburizing and quenching for more hardness and wearing resistance. The pins and bush of the rollers are made of 40Cr steel, size is also larger than others, Φ27mm*95mm. Some other suppliers’ rollers even have no bush or bushing that results much quicker wearing out.

SUNTON chain links are made of high tension steel HJ58C/HG70/60 10mm thick, much thicker and stronger than other suppliers’ same products, as 8mm.

SUNTON also develops a new type of self-lubricated heavy-duty rollers, equipped with heavy duty seals and self-lubricated greasing system.
